It is proved that deep moral semantics, dialectics of the contradiction between the objective and the subjective, the nature and the must, the motive and the result are accumulated in the action.

The problem of the formation of cultural identity of the student on the basis of its inclusion into the process of culture and art perception in the content and forms of the university education is considered in the article. It is underlined that in the conditions of modern urban process it is necessary to have different understanding of the degree of cultural landscapes changeability and sustainability in time of socio-cultural memory of regional communities.

I. V. Khomyakova. Strategies of Regional Design.

In the article strategies of regional design are treated in the framework of the problems of ecology of culture. Ecocultural potential of regional design is revealed in the shape of orientation for ethno-cultural identity and convergence with arts and crafts. It is proved that one of the forms of this process is application of «the symbolised capital» of regional ethno-cultural traditions, symbols of Mordovian ornament which accumulates valuables’ orientations of traditional ethnic culture and translates them into the practice of regional design.

V. A. Vasilyev. A. A. Kokel — Founder of Decorative Art of Chuvashia.

The analysis of the role of A. A. Kokel, one of the representatives of Russian art school of the end of the XIX — the beginning of the XX centuries, as founder of professional decorative art of Chuvashia is carried out. Fine art experts of Chuvashia and Mordovia are allotted the task of carrying out joint research on the influence of Mordovian culture upon the creative work of the master.

The article is devoted to the domestic traditions of charity and art patronage in the Russian culture. It is underlined that in the domestic history this trend developed not only in the capital and large centres but also in the province. After exact historic examples different trends in art patronage are analysed, facts of continuance in the charity activity of Russian entrepreneurs in the sphere of culture and arts are highlighted.
